From the smallest insects to the most majestic beasts, colorful butterflies to scaled reptiles, the wildlife kingdom is an entire world of wonder in itself. NAT PHOTO SOCIETY takes this as an opportunity to celebrate these creatures of the wild who form an essential part of our ecosystem.

For this animal photography contest, we are inviting photographers who love to take pictures of animals and want to share them with the world. So gear up with your favorite cameras and smartphones, because the winning wildlife photographers will get cash prizes worth up to $500!

EXPLAINING THE THEME OF THE WILDLIFE PHOTO AWARDS

This photo contest by NAT PHOTO SOCIETY is based on a versatile theme of animal photography. When we say wildlife images, we don’t only mean animals who live in the forest, but any animal that you want to immortalize with your camera.
It could be your favorite dog photos, feline cat photos, or any other pet photo that you want to show off. You can even expand your horizons and click bird photographs, or dive deep into the sea to capture the enigmatic beings living underwater. We have also braced ourselves to see some creepy crawlies taking over this contest, so please do not shy away from showing them off!

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS FOR WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

The winners of this prestigious animal photography contest will be decided by our members of the jury. Any entry that doesn’t stay true to the theme of wildlife photography shall not be considered.

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR ANIMAL PHOTOS

Make sure your photographs adhere to the following guidelines:

Your wildlife image must be original, and it cannot come from any stock photos.
You can use any device including your smartphone to click pictures.
All images submitted must be owned by you, or you should have the right to represent them on behalf of the photographer.
Your submissions may have copyright symbols, watermarks, names, or logos but they must be very faint and not hinder the jurying process.
All images must be in JPG or JPEG format with a minimum quality of (90%) or higher.
Make sure to resize your pictures to 1000 pixels on the longest dimension.
All files must be less than 2 MB.
You can make basic adjustments to the image as long as it doesn’t alter its content. For example, adjusting contrast, exposure, dust removal, etc. are acceptable
Do not make adjustments by adding or removing an element from the image.
We only accept bleed photographs except for polaroids or any other processes that make borders an inherent part of the image.
You have the widest latitude to interpret the category of the wildlife contest in your own creative way.

PRIZE AND AWARDS FOR THE BEST WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHERS

The winners of this animal photo contest shall be awarded cash prizes of up to $500.

First Prize - Upto $100 cash x 1 winner, Certificate of Recognition, and Promotions on social media

Runner Up Prize - Upto $75 cash x 2 winners, Certificate of Recognition, and Promotions on social media

Merit Prize - Upto $ 50 cash x 3 winners, Certificate of Recognition, and Promotions on social media

Talent Prize - Upto $25 cash x 4 winners, and Certificate of Recognition

Honorable Mention Award - Certificate of Recognition

Finalist Award - Certificate of Recognition

ENTRY FEE TO SUBMIT YOUR BEST WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHS

The entry fee for each animal photo in the Wildlife Category varies from $4-$10 based on the number of entries made. For the maximum number of entries made, each image only costs $4 to enter. This is a non-refundable fee. The breakdown is as follows:

$10 for 1 photo - $10/entry
$25 for up to 3 photos - $8.33/entry
$35 for up to 5 photos - $7/entry
$45 for up to 7 photos - $6.43/entry
$50 for up to 10 photos - $5/entry
$90 for up to 20 photos - $4.50/entry
$100 for up to 25 photos - $4/entry

* Cash prizes to the best Wildlife Photographers are always sent via PayPal by direct bank transfer. If the recipient doesn’t have a PayPal account, you can create on HERE.

** Depending on the quality and quantity of submissions, additional finalists will be awarded certificates of recognition for each category.
